Slush brands, have been purchased by Slush Puppie Ltd. We have every confidence that Slush Puppie will
continue to maintain the levels of service that we have given to our valued customers over the last 25 years and
that Slush Puppie will further enhance the Frutina Slush brands in years to come. In collaboration with Slush Puppie
Ltd, we will, under the name of Frutina Dispense Ltd, be directing all of our resources into developing further, our
chilled drinks business in the postmix sector, the Lavazza Blue coffee range and our Fruit Snacks, we are very
excited by the new strategic direction, which will see both businesses, specialise within their respective markets.
